Sae Mikura ist Nonne und schon seit vielen Jahren Schulleiterin an der Seiou Mädchenschule. Als sie Mizuho zum ersten Mal begegnet, fühlt sie sich auch sofort an seine Mutter Sachiho erinnert, welche vor über 20 Jahren ebenfalls eine Schülerin an der Seiou war. Sie hat ein sehr freundliches Auftreten und zögert auch nicht Mizuho an der Schule aufzunehmen, damit dieser den letzten Wunsch seines Großvaters erfüllen kann. Auch dass Mizuho ein Junge ist, scheint sie nicht im Geringsten zu stören.
