Drocell Keinz ist ein sehr talentierter Spielzeugmacher und Marionettenspieler. Bereits vor 5 Jahren hatten die Shinigamis versucht seine Seele sicherzustellen. Dieses schlug jedoch fehl, was ihn in eine sehr groteske Gestalt verwandelte. Seitdem durchstreift er London als ein Wesen zwischen Leben und Tod.

Drocell hat eine ausgeprägte Obsession für Puppen. Passend dazu singt er zu sich selbst sehr oft Verse aus dem Lied »London Bridge is falling down«, die sich auf die Herstellung von Puppen beziehen. Sein hervorstechendster Charakterzug ist seine Hinterhältigkeit. Diese setzt er insbesondere dafür ein, um seiner verdrehten Liebe zu kleinen Mädchen nachgehen zu können.
