Ein früherer Offizier der Human Reform League (HRL), der sich nun der Autonomous Peace-Keeping Force (A-Laws) angeschlossen hat. Normalerweise dient er auf den Raumschiff von Arthur Goodman, im Zuge von strategischen Planungen, mit denen die Ptolemaios II vernichtet werden soll, wird ihm jedoch ein Schlachtschiff überstellt. Während die Hauptstreitkräfte auf der Erde versuchen das Raumschiff von Celestial Being zu vernichten, wartet er im Orbit des Planeten, um sie so bei einem eventuellen Fluchtversuch in diese Richtung abzufangen.
