Haruka war schon immer ein sehr wichtiger Freund für Yori und hat immer ein offenes Ohr für seine Sorgen und Probleme, aber auch wenn Yori einmal in Schwierigkeiten gerät ist er immer bereit ihm zu helfen. Die beiden kennen sich schon sehr lange, weshalb es für ihn auch keine Überraschung mehr ist, als Yori ihm erzählt, dass er in seine Schwester verliebt ist, er hat es eigentlich schon seit langem geahnt. Obwohl Haruka diese Beziehung für falsch hält und es niemals befürworten würde, so akzeptiert er doch die Entscheidung seines Freundes.
