Mizuki ist die Klassensprecherin von Narifumis Klasse. Sie hat eine resolute Persönlichkeit und arbeitet hart, verlangt das aber auch von anderen. Eigene Bedürfnisse hat sie wegen ihrer Aufgaben immer zurückgestellt, sogar dass sie eigentlich in Narifumi verliebt ist, den sie statt ihm ihre Gefühle zu offenbaren, lieber herumkommandiert, weil er nicht gerade zu den Fleißigsten gehört. Ansonsten nimmt sie nämlich kein Blatt für den Mund, zumindest wenn es darum geht, andere für mangelnde Disziplin zu rügen. Als eine der Wächterinnen des Schwarzen Tores obliegt ihr eine weitere große Verantwortung, aber auch hier empfindet sie diese eher als Last, da sie sich Kasumi unterordnen muss, die dort die Entscheidungen trifft. Mizuki scheut sich jedoch nicht, ihrem Unmut und ihrer Unzufriedenheit Luft zu machen.
