Masayuki Oogami ist der Vater von Misao und Takeya. Er ist ein sehr strenger und unerbittlicher Vater, der aus seinen Kindern lediglich gute Kämpfer machen will. Bezeichnend dafür ist, dass Misao ihren Bruder als die einzige Person ansieht der sie wirklich verstehen könnte.
Als seine Tochter Kazuma angreift, befiehlt er ohne zu zögern sie zu bestrafen. Nachdem Misao jedoch immer weiter in die Dunkelheit gezogen wird, beschließt er, sie im Namen der Familie Oogami auszulöschen.
