Raven ist ein Mazoku (=Dämonenrasse, jap.: マ族) und Kindheitsfreund von Cecilie und Stoffel von Spitzweg.
Nachdem Cecilie Dämonenkönigin (jap.: Maou, マ王) und Stoffel ihr Regent wurde, diente er beiden, um ihre Aufträge auszuführen. Mit der Zeit verliebte er sich in Cecilie und war sogar im Begriff, sie zu heiraten. Doch als der Krieg zwischen Dämonen und Mazoku ausbrach und Stoffel danach in die Verbannung gezwungen wurde, folgte ihm Raven auf drängen von Cecilie, um diesem weiter zur Seite zu stehen.
