Ayame kontrolliert den mächtigen Konzern Tokudaiji Pharmaceuticals, was angesichts ihre jugendlichen Erscheinung etwas verwundert. Hinter ihrem Aussehen steckt jedoch ein Geheimnis, da sie einen Jungbrunnen für sich entdeckt hat, der sie auf ewig schön und jugendlich halten soll. Dazu benötigt sie den Samen unzähliger Männer und organisiert zu diesem Zweck die Sex-Partys, bei denen Männer entführt und später »entsorgt« werden. Außerdem hat sie eine sadistische Veranlagung und wird davon erregt, andere zu dominieren und von ihnen als »Herrin« oder besser noch »Königin« angesprochen zu werden. Ihr Lieblingsspielzeug in dieser Hinsicht ist die devote Satsuki, die sich nur zu gerne von Ayame beherrschen lässt.
