Einer der Führungskräfte von Millennion und enger Vertrauter von Big Daddy. Zudem noch sehr einflussreich, auch nach dem Ausscheiden Big Daddys als Oberhaupt der Organisation. Ihm passt der neue Weg von Harry überhaupt nicht, wird aber mehr oder weniger von ihm mundtot gemacht als seine Familie mit in die Schusslinie gerissen wird. Das ist schon aus dem Grund ein Wahnsignal für Biscone, da er diese bis dato eigentlich komplett aus dem Blickfeld von Millennion gehalten hat und niemand von ihrer Existenz wusste. Nur dank des Informationsnetzwerkes von Bob Poundmax war es Harry möglich davon Wind zu bekommen, was er selbstredend sofort zu seinen Gunsten ausnutzte.
