Der geheimnisvolle Butler ist ein treuer und ergebener Diener von Sister Jill und scheint ihr näher zu stehen als jeder ihrer Untertanen. Er fungiert als Berater für die Panther Claw (パンサー・クロー) Organisation und deutet den Gemütszustand seiner Herrin. Wie sich herausstellt ist der mysteriöse Butler ein Abbild von Honey Kisaragis Vater, des Erfinders des I-Systems (Iシステム), das es Honey ermöglicht sich in Cutie Honey zu verwandeln. Er ist auch derjenige, der die Nanotechnologie erfunden hat mit der Sister Jill nun gegen Honey kämpft.
