Die ältere Dame, die Yui immer nur Ba-chan nennt, sorgt schon so lange und so liebevoll als direkte Nachbarin von Yui und Ui für die beiden, dass sie ihnen sehr ans Herz gewachsen ist. Die nette Frau Ichimonji bringt den beiden des Öfteren mal Überbleibsel von ihrem Mittagessen rüber, da sie weiß was für ein Leckermäulchen Yui doch ist. Auch Yuis Tollpatschigkeit ist ihr sehr wohl bekannt, sodass sie immer versucht ein wenig auf den Einfaltspinsel Acht zu geben.
