Misaki Amano und unsere verquere Schülerpräsidentin Shino Amakusa kennen sich schon seit der Grundschule und gingen damals gemeinsam in die selbe Klasse. Früher war Misaki sogar Shinos Vizepräsidentin an der Grundschule und versuchte sie schon damals leicht von ihrer durchtriebenen Art abzubringen. Wie man sieht ohne jeglichen Erfolg. Misaki ist in weitesten Teilen ein ganz normales Mädchen. Sie ist etwas ängstlich, nimmt ihre Pflichten und Aufgaben ernst, ist meist recht locker aufgelegt und gut gelaunt. Es ist schon ein kleines Wunder, dass Shinos verschmitzte Art nicht auf ihre Jugendfreundin abgefärbt hat.
