Shizuna ist die ältere Schwester von Hisako und ebenfalls seit ihrer Kindheit mit Kaname befreundet. In ihrer Nähe wird Kaname immer ein wenig nervös, da er ein leichtes Faible für erwachsen wirkende Mädchen hat, was Shizuna auf jeden Fall ist. Sie benimmt sich immer sehr höflich und reif und sieht auch entsprechend aus. Darin liegt auch ihr größter Charme. Außerdem ist sie ebenfalls begeistert von Kaname, da er so viele Ämter in seiner Schule inne hat und alle auf ihn vertrauen.
