Misako-sensei ist eine Arbeitskollegin von Saotome und heimlich in ihn verliebt, hat ihm aber nie seine Gefühle gestanden, weil sie weiß, dass Kollegen untereinander keine Liebesbeziehungen führen dürfen. Als Saotome sie darum bitten wollte, sich kurzzeitig um Black Beelzebub zu kümmern, hat er sich so unbeholfen ausgedrückt, dass Misako nun denkt, er wolle sie heiraten und sie solle sein Kind austragen, womit er sie ungewollt überglücklich gemacht hat.
