Nagisa Mizushiro ist Akiras Freundin und liebt es ebenso sehr wie er Futoshi zu schikanieren, da sie sich vor »Fettarsch«, wie sie ihn nennt, allein bei seinem Anblick schon ekelt. Ihren Freund hingegen liebt sie ungemein, unwissend, dass er versucht mit Yuna fremdzugehen, weil sie bisher nicht bereit war ihn zu küssen.

Als Futoshi in Besitz des Hypnose-Handys kommt, nutzt er dies entsprechend aus und lässt sie anfangs glauben, dass er Akira wäre, um sie im Nachhinein damit zu konfrontieren, dass sie ihren ersten Kuss und ihre Jungfräulichkeit an den Menschen verlor, den sie am meisten hasst.
