Reika war Schülerratspräsidentin an einer Schule, die einen bizarren Brauch eingeführt hat, der die Rate sexuell motivierter Verbrechen drastisch reduzieren soll. Jeden Monat wird per Losverfahren eine Schülerin ausgewählt, die für alle möglichen sexuellen Gelüste als Ventil herhalten muss. Für die Schüler soll der „Gebrauch“ dieser Schülerin ein genauso natürliches Verhalten werden wie zur Toilette zu gehen. Reika hätte sich allerdings nie träumen lassen, dass das Los sie auch selber treffen kann, umso entsetzter ist sie, als es dann doch passiert, weil sie diese Möglichkeit nicht mal annähernd in Betracht gezogen hat. Für erste hat sie jedoch noch Hoffnung und Vertrauen in die Schüler, die sie schließlich in ihr Präsidentinnen-Amt gewählt haben, dass sie sie jetzt nicht plötzlich auf so schändliche Weise behandeln werden. Darin täuscht sie sich allerdings gewaltig, denn ein Großteil ihrer Beliebtheit stützt sich auf ihre Attraktivität und dahingehend wird nun für so manchen Schüler ein Traum wahr, so dass sie sich im Gegensatz zu ihren Erwartungen sogar erst recht nicht zurückhalten.
