Ryuki gibt vor, sein Gedächtnis verloren zu haben und bittet in dem Krankenhaus, das ihn aufgenommen hat, inständig darum, dass sie ihn eine Weile verstecken und nicht der Polizei ausliefern. Er bekommt dort den vakanten Hausmeisterposten, doch was keiner ahnt, ist, dass von ihm alles nur gespielt ist und er sich auf einem Rachefeldzug befinden, der ihn zur Krankenhausdirektorin führen soll. Um sich sicher zu sein, dass ihn niemand mehr aufhält, wenn er sein Ziel erreicht hat, macht er sich jede einzelne der Schwestern hörig, so dass sie praktisch alles für ihn tun würden.
