Dieser Mann ist der Grund, weswegen sich Fuu mit Jin und Mugen zusammengeschlossen hat. An diesem Mann möchte sie sich nämlich rächen; dafür, dass er sie und ihre Mutter damals im Stich gelassen hat. Was ihre Begleiter lange Zeit nicht wissen, ist, dass es sich bei Seizou um den Vater von Fuu handelt, der seine kleine Familie vor Jahren zurückgelassen hat.

Das macht Fuu ihm zum Vorwurf, doch sah er keine andere Möglichkeit, um das Leben seiner Familie zu schützen. Er ist nämlich Christ, was in Japan, da es als Religion aus dem Ausland gesehen wird, als Straftat gesehen wird. Aus diesem Grund ist er auch ein verfolgter Mann, dem die Regierung nach dem Leben trachtet.
