Der König des Magischen Königreichs und damit oberster Herrscher von Arks, Karks und Alice, verbirgt sich hinter dem geheimnisvollen Dandy, der ständig jungen Mädchen zu Hilfe eilt. Der König entpuppt sich allerdings als der grösste Lolicon-Fetischist von allen, der sogar Arks noch übertrifft. Er ist ebenfalls in der Lage, aus jungen Mädchen Magical Girls zu machen, hat sich mit Mio aber eine Kontraktpartnerin ausgesucht, die sich seine Anwandlungen nicht nur nicht gefallen lässt, sondern sie auch mit nackter Gewalt beantwortet.
