White Cosmos ist eine Level neun Burst Linkerin und die Königin der weißen Legion. Sie ist der Meister von Kuroyukihime und gleichzeitig auch ihre Schwester. Sie soll freundlich sein, aber auch ziemlich begabt darin, Leute zu manipulieren. In der Accel World gilt sie als erste Heilerin. Um eine spezielle Waffe von dem damaligen roten König zu bekommen, hat sie Kuroyukihime dazu manipuliert, seinen Avatar zu töten. Desweiteren ist sie die Anführerin der illegalen Acceleration Research Society.
