Megumi aus Apartment 601, eine der drei Nachbarinnen von Yuuto, bleibt nach dessen Geburtstagsfeier noch ein wenig länger, um mit dem Aufräumen zu helfen, was aber nur ein Vorwand ist, um ihm jetzt sein „Geschenk“ geben zu können. Sie hat vorher schon ein wenig über den Durst getrunken, was bei ihr allerdings auch schnell geht, da laut ihrer beiden alten Freundinnen Mako und Anna dazu schon ein einziges Glas Wodka ausreicht, damit sie auf Touren kommt. Die attraktive Witwe will Yuuto einen Wunsch gewähren, den sie ihm persönlich erfüllt, wobei sie dabei an eine Massage oder ähnliches gedacht hatte, aber Yuuto spricht nach kurzem Zögern seinen geheimsten Wunsch aus, den er schon lange hegt, nämlich dass er mit Megumi schlafen möchte, um endlich seine Jungfräulichkeit zu verlieren. Diese Bitte kommt für Megumi zwar etwas plötzlich, aber da sie Yuuto nicht nur nett und hilfsbereit, sondern auch ziemlich süß findet, willigt sie ein. Beim anschließenden Akt ist sie allerdings so laut, dass trotz relativ guter Schallisolierung der Wände die anderen beiden Nachbarinnen Anna und Mako davon Wind bekommen und jetzt ebenfalls Ansprüche anmelden. Megumi hätte Yuuto zwar gerne für sich alleine behalten, aber ihn mit ihren Freundinnen zu teilen, kann sie auch akzeptieren.
