Mit ihr hat man es nicht leicht, denn Tamako ist eine sehr strenge Frau, die sich nicht einfach alles gefallen lässt. Ihre Angestellten, Nishi und Joe, bekommen ihre strenge Seite auch sofort zu spüren, denn sollte etwas schief gehen, dann ist sie sofort sehr sauer. Vor allem Joe, der sehr viel zerstört, bekommt ihre dominante Seite zu spüren. Auch ihr Mann hat es nicht leicht, wobei die Ehe dennoch sehr harmonisch ist, da man sich, auch wenn man sich mal in die Haare bekommt, schnell wieder verträgt. Auch unterstützen sich die beiden immer und fällen wichtige Entscheidenden zumeist gemeinsam.
