Beim Gaplant handelt es sich um einen der früheren transformierbaren Mobile Suits, welcher in seiner Mobile Armor Form zu den schnellsten überhaupt gezählt werden darf. Bedingt durch die hohe Geschwindigkeit wirken aber auch gleichzeitig hohe G-Kräfte auf den Piloten, sodass man sehr erfahren und stark sein muss, um dem widerstehen zu können. Entsprechend kann dieser Mobile Suit nicht von jedem gesteuert werden.
