Tamakis Großmutter verachtet ihren Enkel und toleriert ihn lediglich, weil er der Sohn ihres Sohnes ist. Diese Begebenheit resultiert daraus, dass sie seine Mutter nie mochte und für ihren Sohn eher eine Dame noblerer Herkunft gewünscht hätte - aber wenigstens konnte sie durch Erpressung verhindern, dass Tamakis Mutter sich nie mehr in die Angelegenheiten der Suou-Familie einmischen konnte. Auch ansonsten wirkt sie sehr kalt und distanziert und hat in Form von Éclair Tonnerre die passende Frau für ihren Enkel erwählt, denn diese ähnelt seiner Großmutter sehr.
