Natsume Sendawara ist die Zwillingsschwester von Orie Sendawara und zusammen mit ihr eine Leiterin von der »Haubo Food Corporation«. Sie ist eine sehr stolze nüchterne Persönlichkeit, die von vielen Kollegen und Mitmenschen sowohl respektiert, als auch gefürchtet wird. Ihre Teilnahme an der »43. Tousuki-Herbstauslese« hat gezeigt, dass sie einen extrem hohen Standard hat. Sie weigerte sich nämlich, den meisten Gerichten aus Block A einen einzigen Punkt zu geben.

Natsume ist deutlich klüger und reifer als ihre Zwillingsschwester und schätzt nicht nur Zeit, sondern auch Investitionen. Manchmal lässt sie sich von ihrem Stolz überwältigen – so weigerte sie sich, ein Hummergehirn zu schlürfen, da das – ihrer Meinung nach – »abartig« sei.
