Wie schon in Stardust Crusaders sind seine besonderen Fähigkeiten unglaubliche Geschwindigkeit und Präzision, sowie seine geheime Fähigkeit Star Finger, diese erlaubt es ihm, seinen Zeige- und Mittelfinger auf eine Weite von bis zu 2 Metern zu verlängern, wodurch er seine Gegner auf größere Entfernung angreifen kann, diese Fähigkeit ist sehr ähnlich zu Jonathan Joestars Zoom-Punch. Allerdings hat er nun auch wie „The World“ die Fähigkeit, die Zeit anzuhalten, das menschliche Limit dafür liegt bei 5 Sekunden, jedoch ist Jotaros Können davon mittlerweile sehr weit entfernt.
