Honda ist einer der »Observer« des Kougon-Kults und meistens zusammen mit dem Gon Dai Soujo anzutreffen, wobei er selber sich eher selten in die Kampfhandlungen einmischt. Er teilt dieselbe Meinung wie der Gon Dai Soujo und ist strikt dagegen, die Shikabane Himes für ihre Ziele zu missbrauchen und sie mehr als eine Art Werkzeug zu benutzen - demnach ist er also Mitglied der Shujouha-Fraktion des Kultes.
