Der frühere Anführer der Fantasma (=Geister), eine der kontrollierenden Banden in Vermelha. Einer ihrer Rivalen in der Stadt sind die Monstros (=Monster), allerdings herrschte damals zwischen beiden Banden ein Waffenstillstand. Dennoch wurde er mit einem Konflikt konfrontiert, der das Verhältnis zwischen beiden beeinflusste. Heute ist er jedoch nicht mehr Anführer und sein genauer Bestimmungsort bleibt unbekannt.

Kiril ist nicht nur ein fähiger Anführer, sondern ist zudem noch sehr bodenständig geblieben und hegt keine besonderen Marotten. Im Gegenteil, denn Kiril verfügt über sehr gute Qualitäten im Bereich des Kochens und lässt es sich nicht nehmen, seine Untergebenen kulinarisch zu verwöhnen. Eine starke Bindung pflegt Kiril insbesondere zu seinem Zögling Vasili, den er als ehemaligen Botenjungen bei sich aufgenommen hatte.
