Sepia ist die Geliebte von Cobalt und Kommandantin der „Cthulhu“-Festung Nova, mit der sie zur Erde gesandt wird. Sie wird die Partnerin von Iczer 2 und kämpft mit ihr gemeinsam an Bord des Mechas Iczer Sigma gegen Iczer 1, Nagisa und Iczer Robo. Auch wenn ihr Verhalten nicht wie bei Iczer 2 durch Bosheit geprägt ist und sie sich ausschließlich auf den Kampf konzentriert, ist sie dennoch aufgrund ihres Hasses Iczer 1 gegenüber bereit, bis zum Äußersten zu gehen.
