Fiber ist eine von Neos Golds vier großen Generälen. Sie benutzt im Nahkampf ihre scharfen Fingernägel als Waffen und kontrolliert ihre Opfer wie Marionetten. Sie ist die erste Gegnerin, mit der Iczer 3 im Kampf konfrontiert wird. Iczer 3 beleidigt Fiber unbeabsichtigt, indem sie sie in ihrer kindlichen Naivität mit „alte Dame“ anspricht, was Fiber sehr verärgert.
