Chisato ist eine Arbeitskollegin von Nami und schließt mit ihr schnell Freundschaft, nachdem sie ihr an deren ersten Tag bei einer Unpässlichkeit geholfen hat. Sie ist eher der burschikose Typ und hat einen guten Riecher, was die Motive ihrer Mitmenschen angeht - so war ihr der Manager des Cafes, in dem sie beide tätig sind, gleich suspekt und das stellt sich auch als berechtigt heraus.

Chisato ist ein sogenannter Hunter: mit Hilfe eines magischen Medaillons, dem Eye of Lust, kann sie sich eine mit übernatürlichen Kräften (z.B. Flugfähigkeit) ausgestattete Kriegerin verwandeln, die gegen die gefährlichen, lüsternen Sex-Dämonen kämpft. Ihre bevorzugte Waffe sind zwei Schlagstöcke, die sie elektrisch aufladen und sogar Blitze über größere Distanzen verschießen kann.
