Sakuya ist im ersten Jahr der Oberschule und ist wie Yukino Mitglied im Schwimmclub. Sakuyas Eltern sind vermögend. Auch wenn sie nach außen fröhlich wirkt, ist sie sehr depressiv, nicht zuletzt weil sie aufgrund ihrer Familie und deren Status kaum unter Menschen kommt. Sakuya besucht die Schule nicht freiwillig, konnte aber ihre Eltern überreden, dass sie in das Wohnheim einziehen darf. Da das aktuelle Wohnheim ihren Eltern nicht zusagte, beschlossen sie, ein neues zu bauen. Sakuya durfte bei der Planung sogar helfen.

Sie isst gerne in Bambusblätter eingewickelte Reiskuchen und Pudding mit Kaffeegeschmack und ihre Hobbys sind Online-Auktionen auf Yahoo, Kanu fahren und Kanade beobachten. Außerdem mag sie es nicht viel zu Laufen weil sie davon Seitenstiche bekommt.
