Yuki Kouzuki ist eine Schülerin der Asagaoka Girls’ High School und ebenfalls ein Mitglied in Chiaki Sonoharas Mädchenpower-Truppe. Sie ist bei den Testwettkämpfen zwischen den verschiedenen Schulen regelmäßig dabei.

In der Mittelschule war sie mit Mari Fukami befreundet. Die beiden waren schon damals zusammen in einem Quiz-Club. Trotz dass sie beide jetzt unterschiedliche Schulen besuchen und in den Quiz-Leagues gegeneinander antreten, respektieren sie sich und ihre Leistungen immer noch wie gute Freundinnen gegenseitig.
