Rei Koito ist Yuus ältere Schwester und hat ein Talent zum Backen. Oft backt sie Kuchen für die ganze Familie und ihren Freund Hiro. Sie besucht derzeit eine Universität.
Sie ist etwas größer als ihre Schwester, hat lange ockerfarbene Haare, welche sie meist zu einem Pferdeschwanz gebunden trägt.
Rei ist seit der Highschool mit Hiro zusammen. Den ersten Schritt machte dabei sie selber, da sie nicht wollte, dass jemand anders ihn ihr wegschnappt.
Sie versteht und unterstützt ihre Schwester Yuu, der sie sehr nahe steht. Sie kommt schnell zu dem Verdacht, dass Yuus Beziehung zu Touko mehr als nur platonisch ist, und tut ihr Bestes, um die Beiden mit Rat und Tat zu unterstützen.
