Ezalia Joule ist ein Coordinator (=genetisch manipulierte Menschen, mit einer höheren Leistungsfähigkeit und Immunität gegen Krankheiten) und Mutter von Yzak Joule. Sie ist im Hohen Rat von PLANT das vertretende Mitglied des Komitees für Nationale Verteidigung und vertritt die Kolonie „Martius City“. Ihr akademisches Spezialgebiet liegt in der Luft- und Raumfahrt und den Ingenieurwissenschaften.
