Ikuno ist ein Parasite und – neben Mitsuru – der Pilot von dem »FRANXX« Chlorophytum. Sie denkt sehr logisch und ist ziemlich intelligent, redet aber nicht oft mit anderen. Sie bleibt dabei immer sehr gelassen und versucht, so wenig Emotionen wie möglich zu zeigen, um keine Aufmerksamkeit auf sich zu ziehen.

Sie ist nun der ehemalige »Partner« von Mitsuru, denn er hat eine deutlich stärke Bindung zu Kokoro. Deswegen ist ihr aktueller Partner Futoshi.
