Yoshihiko ist der Tauchpartner von Kazuki Minase. Da er einst Mitglied einer militärischen Spezialeinheit war, ist er sehr geschickt im Kampf und ist sowohl mit Feuerwaffen als auch Messern tödlich. Er ist in der Lage, Situationen zu analysieren und dahingehend Entscheidungen zu treffen und geeignete Maßnahmen zu ergreifen. Gelegentlich ist er streng zu Kazuki, umsorgt ihn aber auch wie ein großer Bruder.
