Romero ist der untote Pudel von Koutarou Tatsumi. Weil sein Herrchen der Gründer der Idol-Gruppe Franchouchou ist, hat er Romero als deren Maskottchen auserwählt.

Romero hat zwei Formen: seine normale Pudelform sowie seine »Monsterform«. Wenn er sich in Letztere verwandelt, wird er größer und blutrünstiger. Diese Form benutzt er beispielsweise, wenn er eine der Zombiedamen von Franchouchou beschützen muss. Besonders Sakura ist ihm dabei ans Herz gewachsen.
