Hari Kurono, der unter dem Schurkennamen »Chronostasis« auftritt, ist Mitglied der Acht-Silas-Gesellschaft der Unreinheit des Todes und Overhauls persönlicher Ratgeber. Er empfindet aufgrund ihrer langjährigen Zusammenarbeit, die eventuell sogar als Freundschaft interpretiert werden könnte, eine solche Vertrautheit zu ihm, dass er ihn geistig beim Vornamen nennt. Sie kennen sich, seit sie Kinder sind, weswegen Hari stark mit Kai und seinen Zielen sympathisiert.

Er nutzt seine Haare als Waffe, da die als Uhrzeiger geformten Spitzen, sobald sie einen Gegner treffen, die Bewegungen dessen immens verlangsamen und ihn somit handlungsunfähig machen. Er kann diese Pfeile auch verlängern, jedoch nur, wenn er sich nicht bewegt.

Wie alle Mitglieder der Yakuza-Gruppierung trägt Chronostasis ebenfalls eine Pestdoktormaske, unterscheidet sich aber, da er als einziger einen weißen Mantel trägt.
