Yoriko Fukase, von ihren Bekannten Yuri genannt, ist die beste Freundin von Miyo Sasaki. Von dieser wird sie als mürrisch, aber auch als schön bezeichnet. Sie macht sich darüber Sorgen, dass ihre Freundin ihren Schwarm Kento Hinode auf übertriebene Art und Weise anhimmelt, weshalb sie als Sonderling unter den Schülern gilt. Sie möchte, dass sie Kento vergisst und aufhört, ihm ständig hinterherzulaufen. Yoriko glaubt, dass Miyo dieses Verhalten auf lange Sicht nicht gut tut. Der Gedanke, sie könne deshalb leiden und verletzt werden, macht auch sie selbst unglücklich.
