General Rirudo ist ein Maschinenmutant und die rechte Hand von Dr. Mu. Er wurde von diesem erschaffen, um als Kommandant der Maschinenmutanten auf dem Planeten M-2 zu fungieren. Ihm untersteht unter anderem die Sigma Force, welche zu einer der stärksten Streitkräfte des Planeten gehört. Er besitzt die Fähigkeit, organisches Material in Metall zu verwandeln.

In der »Super-Nr. 17«-Saga tauchte er ein weiteres Mal auf, als er und andere Bösewichte aus der Hölle entkamen.

Es folgte ein Kampf gegen Son Gohan, dessen Extremitäten er mit Metall umhüllen konnte. Getötet wurde er wenig später von Majuub, der ihn mit einer Ki-Attacke aus dem Hinterhalt angegriffen hatte.
