Ledonir Kisaka ist ein Natural (=natürlich geborener Mensch) und Offizier der 21.Bodentruppen-Einheit der Vereinigten Emirate von Orb und in dessen Hauptstadt, Onogoro stationiert.

Er lebt in Orb, wurde aber in der Stadt Tassil in Nordafrika geboren. Als Cagalli Yula beschloss sich der Widerstandsgruppe „Wüstendämmerung“ (eng.: „Desert Dawn“, jap.: ake no sabaku; 明けの砂漠) in Nordafrika anzuschließen, folgte er ihr als ihr Bodyguard.
