Imperial Entertainment war ein britischer Filmverleiher, welcher 1987 als Joint-Venture des dänischen Unternehmens Scanbox Entertainment und Shah Brothers gegründet wurde.

Anfang der 90er wurden die Anteile der Shah Brothers durch das Unternehmen Scanbox Entertainment aufgekauft. Schliesslich wurde das Unternehmen 1997 durch Scanbox International absorbiert und in die bestehende Unternehmensstruktur integriert.
