Une fois toutes les dix et quelques années, un clair de lune bleu vient éclairer de sa pâleur la surface de notre terre. Le monde des contes que lisent les petits enfants se retrouve alors sans dessus dessous. C’est pourquoi les anciens se sont réunis et ont choisi d’édicter une loi, une seule, afin de rétablir l’ordre dans leur univers. Cette loi, ils l’ont nommée MOONLIGHT ACT. Mais l’équipe menée par le jeune rebelle GekkoIwasaki est là pour faire respecter cette loi!

Dall’autore di Ushio e Tora, un racconto peculiare, con protagonista un libro scritto da alcuni volti noti del mondo delle favole, al fine di salvare il mondo reale dagli effetti di una strana luna blu. Tuttavia, ogni volta che il libro viene esposto a questi raggi lunari, un personaggio fantastico si tramuta in essere mostruoso, in grado di rompere il sigillo tra il mondo reale e quello incantato, minacciando l’intero pianeta.
