16 Jahre nachdem das Gesetz für Ordnung und Moral in Zuversicht für die gesunde Heranwachsung für Kinder den vulgären Sprachgebrauch verboten hat, gerät der Elite-Schüler Tanukichi in die Fänge der SOX, einer Anti-Sozialen Organisation. Die Anführerin der Oraganisation, Ayame, trägt ein Damenhöschen auf dem Gesicht und versucht mit allen erdenklichen Mitteln das Gesetz um die Moral zu bekämpfen. Tanukichi wird hierbei in immer wildere Aktionen, um die öffentliche Moral zu untergraben, gerissen und wird von Ayame erpresst, um an den obszönen Terrorakten gegen die Schulsprecherin Anna teilzunehmen. Blöd nur, dass er auf sie heimlich ein Auge geworfen hat.
