Eines Tages in den Sommerferien schleichen sich 6 Erstsemestler in die unterirdischen Archive der Universität ‒ Nicht ahnend, dass sie dabei aus Versehen die schöne, italienische Zombiedame Euphrosyne (Yuufurojiinu) wiedererwecken werden, die seit 100 Jahren in den Katakomben der Bildungseinrichtung schlummert. Die Jungs entwenden der Untoten den sogenannten „Secret Stone“, der durch seine Kraft ihre Körperteile zusammenhält. Um den eigenen Zerfall zu verhindern, geht Euphrosyne fortan auf Studentenjagd. Dabei stößt sie aber auf mehr als nur unerwarteten Widerstand.

Was Anfangs noch als Jungenstreich geplant war, entwickelt sich so zu einem rasanten Kampf ums Überleben.
