In der titelgebenden Geschichte „Rouba Shoujo“ nimmt Ran Hanaoka, ein wunderschönes junges Mädchen, gemeinsam mit ihren drei besten Freundinnen an einem Schönheitswettbewerb ihrer Schule teil und gewinnt diesen sogar. Am nächsten Tag muss sie jedoch mit Entsetzten feststellen, dass sie über Nacht rapide gealtert ist und nun wie eine alte Frau aussieht …

Darüber hinaus sind in diesem Band die Kapitel „Akai Me o Shita Oningyou“, „Buta Bunta“, „Yuki no Densetsu“, „Ano Ko wa Daare“ und „Dead Mirror“ enthalten.

Anmerkung:
Jeweils ein Kapitel wurde in den Bänden 9 („Ghost School“) und 10 („Deaths Reflection“) der „Hino Horror“-Reihe in englischer Sprache veröffentlicht. In einem 16. Band („Who’s that Girl?“), welcher jedoch nie veröffentlicht wurde, war zudem der Abdruck eines weiteren Kapitels aus diesem Titel geplant.
