Der kranke Professor Niiba, Gründer des berühmten Hakuhō-Instituts für Medizin, schickt seinen Sohn Kiyoharu auf eine Schule, damit dieser neben seinen Büchern auch das echte Leben kennenlernt. Kiyoharu gefällt das gar nicht, da er schon die nötigen Voraussetzungen erfüllt hat, um ein Medizinstudium zu beginnen, und so schnell wie möglich der Nachfolger seines Vaters werden will. Wegen seines medizinischen Hintergrunds wird er auf der neuen Schule zum Vertreter seiner Klasse im Gesundheitskomitee ernannt. Das bedeutet, daß er mit der Schulärztin Dr. Haruna Sakurai zusammenarbeiten muß, die von der Schülerschaft Pink Sniper genannt wird. Diesen und weitere einschüchternde Spitznamen trägt sie, da sie Schüler gerne sexuell mißbraucht. Der jungfräuliche Kiyoharu wird festes Ziel dieser Übergriffe. Der Manga verfolgt die sexbasierte Beziehung der beiden.
