Die Bühne ist eine gewisse Hafenstadt in der Kantou Region. Dort wohnt Tandouji Arma, der ein einsames Leben lebt. Eines Tages wird er von Aiba Ruri gebeten, seine Macht der Heiligen Sieben, die in Arma liegt, zu benutzen. Allerdings will Arma nichts von seinen Kräften oder von Aiba Ruri wissen. In der Vergangenheit hatte Arma Leute mit dieser Macht verletzt. Seit diesem Moment hatte er sich geschworen, seine Macht nicht mehr zu benutzen. Als die friedliche Stadt von einem Monster angegriffen wird, entscheidet Arma widerwillig, seine Kraft der Heiligen Sieben zu verwenden.
