Kirin no Tsubasa: Gekijoban Shinzanmono (2012)

After he was attacked and stabbed, he still walks through the city for 8 minutes, but then Takeaki Aoyagi collapses beneath the kirin statue on a bridge. Kyoichiro Kaga and his co-worker Yuhei Matsumiya find their prime suspect in Huyuki Yajima, but the young man gets caught up in a hit and run and ends up being hospitalised with severe injuries. His girlfriend Kaori protests his innocence, however.

As Kaga and Matsumiya start their investigation, however, they uncover more and more connections within the lives of Aoyagi and Yajima. And the central point seems to be an internet blog: “Kirin no Tsubasa” (“Wing of the Kirin”) …

Als er angegriffen wird, läuft er noch 8 Minuten lang verwirrt in der Stadt hin und her. Doch schließlich bricht Takeaki Aoyagi unter einer geflügelten Kirin-Statue auf einer Brücke zusammen, er wurde erstochen. Kyoichiro Kaga und Yuhei Matsumiya finden bei Huyuki Yajima schnell einen Verdächtigen, doch leider wird dieser auf seiner Flucht vor den beiden Detektiven von einem Kleintransporter erfasst und liegt seitdem im Koma. Seine Freundin Kaori plädiert jedoch für seine Unschuld.
Als Kaga und Matsumiya jedoch weiter forschen, finden sich immer mehr Parallelen in den Vergangenheiten von Aoyagi und Yajima. Und alles scheint sich auf einem Internetblog zu bündeln: »Kirin no Tsubasa« (Wing of the Kirin) …
